How many wagons is your sequence, really?
List your activities in build order, and group them into wagons — the crews that travel the train together. We'll show each wagon's load against your takt time, auto-balance the train for you, and send the finished design straight into the Takt Plan Calculator.

Keep activities in build order (use ↑↓). “Days per floor” is one crew working the whole floor; we divide it by your zones. Click “new wagon here” between activities to split the train — consecutive activities between splits ride in the same wagon.
